Aerospace Dynamics MRO warrants that all work performed, including parts supplied and labor rendered, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of [Specify Duration, e.g., twelve (12) months or 1,000 flight hours, whichever occurs first] from the date of the release for service. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any covered defect, at our sole discretion, provided the component has been operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and standard aviation practices, and has not been subjected to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty is limited to the extent of our repair and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
